Signed autograph letters from Claude de Saumaise the Younger to Nicolas de Flécelles, state councillor, ambassador to Poland (1645-49), and alleged lover of Queen Kristina of Sweden while in her service (1650). Letters chiefly concern the Queen's circle and the count's secret letters sent to her via Saumaise. Saumaise was a probable relative of the count's wife Charlotte Saumaise.
